Trouble meeting goals....
Is anyone else here having trouble eating all of their calories for the day? Especially when they exercise? I mean, I don't think I've gone over 1300 calories yet, and my daily goal is 1500. I'm just not hungry and I can't eat at all. Does anyone have any advice?

My lettuce substitution...
So I just found my substitution for lettuce. I like lettuce but I just dont like eating it everyday. Well, I bought a pack of Eat Smart Broccoli Slaw. Yummy!!! I love it. It's nice and crunchy plus tasteful. I like it. It is fun to eat....lol

How much is 1 cup?
Just want to know that in the food database many things like rice , pasta,ice cream etc are recorded with calorie value given for 1 cup. SO how much is 1 cup in weight exactly? Balancing carbs/fat/protein
I just looked over the past few days of food logs and I noticed that I almost always go over on my proteins, and I go over a lot on my carbs, but usually not my fats. Any tips for helping balance it all out? Any way to add in some good fats without bringing in more carbs and protein, or very little? Thanks!

So say I burned 200 cals during my work out but I want to be on a 1500 tops cal diet and the website says that I have earned an extra 200 cals so i have 1700 to use...
