TOO MUCH SUGAR
I am eating good I think until i look at the sugar??? I usually have a banana, apple or pear, strawberries, maybe cherries or blueberries in a day and am going over on sugar by 80 grams.. Is this bad where it is from fruit and not refined..I have no refined sugar at all..

Sodium question
I never kept track of sodium until I started really reading labels on things. How much sodium is normal for different items? For example I know soups have a lot and so low sodium soup is better, but like a dill pickle has about 170 g of sodium. I use to eat pickles a lot...but is this bad or too high?!? Earning extra calories for excercising
Ok, I have a question.... When I add my excercise to MFP I earn extra calories for the day..Doesn't that defeat the purpose of working out to burn those calories? I would think I should stick to the same amount of calories and continue to burn, hence lose weight. hmmmm

Eating after Exercising?
Is this ok to do? I'm going to the gym at 4pm and working out for an hour or so, and then I'm supposed to go to my grandparents for dinner. I'm concerned that if I eat I will undo all of the hard work. What's your outlook on things?
