I feel like it's so much fat but I didn't really eat anything of substance for lunch either. I'm just still so hungry and can't…

Question for all you Tall Ladies...
Hello fellow amazons  ... I have a question regarding your net daily calories and how much you allow yourself to eat everyday. I followed MFP's recommendation of 1200 a day (the 2 lb a week weight loss goal) and ate back my exercise calories for about a month, but I was inconsistent. I'd eat my 1200 (plus exercise)…

Side dish the main dish
Make your healthy side dish the main dish, i find this really helps. It stops you from having double the main dish that you normally have. I am the girl who will want to refill on the chicken, or the fish, before the salad. But if you fill up your plate with the side dish, ie. the salad. It makes it that much healthier…

Is it better to eat three meals a day?
Or to eat six small meals of about 200-250 calories, spaced evenly throughout the day? I've heard that eating smaller meals thru the day is better, but I want some other opinions before I alter my eating habits. I'm on a danged plateau and I'm ready to shake up my diet and exercise plan, because I want to see results!
