It's 11 PM and I'm hungry! HELP!
Probably didn't eat enough today, because it's late and I'm hungry! My calories were only a tick over 1000, and not enough protein. Should I just go to bed, or eat something and risk it settling on my thighs since it's so late?

That never happens! Cookies don't usually last a day around me! I am amazed I was able to only eat one or two at a time and not the whole box in one sitting! I hid them in a cabinet I usually don't go into, so I didn't see them and have to avoid them all the time. Once, I even forgot they were there, and THAT really never…

Starvation Mode??
Can someone more smarter than me explain 'starvation mode' to me? Will this put one in a situation were weight loss slows or stops?
