Trouble writing down everything...
I've found I have trouble writing down everything, so I decided to instead take a picture of it. I've found that I often 'forget' to list items that I ate, and I'll remember two days later..."Oh, yeah, I did have ice cream that day...wait, what? I didn't list it...?" Anybody else have any suggestions?

Over on sugar, fiber, and protein

Is the sodium level MFP assigns to you accurate (mine is 2500)? And how do you know what your intake should be? I've been noticing that my sodium intake really effects my weight the next day. Tropicana Light Orangeade Sugar Free
I bought this on sale at Winn Dixie the other day, in a 2 liter bottle like soda but it isn't carbonated. Zero calories, no sugar, tastes great - I see it does have sodium (70) so I guess that's not so hot but it's a nice change over the endless amout of Crystal light I drink.
