alot of Calories left
okay i went for a run with my friend and we ran for about 50 minutes and walked a hour and ten minutes. now I have 1300 some calories left but I already ate my dinner plus after workout snack. Do I just forget it and start tomorrow or should I eat it? But I won't be able to sleep if I eat too much. what do I do?

how much you can eat (and lose weight!) IF you are eating the right foods, and exercise. I always thought you had to starve yourself to lose weight. I had years of yo-yo dieting before joining MFP, and am really enjoying my new lifestyle!
