Earning extra calories for excercising
Ok, I have a question.... When I add my excercise to MFP I earn extra calories for the day..Doesn't that defeat the purpose of working out to burn those calories? I would think I should stick to the same amount of calories and continue to burn, hence lose weight. hmmmm

Eating after Exercising?
Is this ok to do? I'm going to the gym at 4pm and working out for an hour or so, and then I'm supposed to go to my grandparents for dinner. I'm concerned that if I eat I will undo all of the hard work. What's your outlook on things?

Too Much Protein??
Is there such a thing as too much protein? I have my day planned out and I'm over my protein.....I've noticed that this happens a lot. Is it something I need to be more careful about??

hi guys....im sure a lot of people have heard this saying before-You are what you eat....but im just kind of confused....only because there are individuals out there who eat very poorly and still have amazing bodies.....how can this be? they must have very good genetics....and i know i am just jealous!

okay i went for a run with my friend and we ran for about 50 minutes and walked a hour and ten minutes. now I have 1300 some calories left but I already ate my dinner plus after workout snack.
