Digestive trouble??
Does anybody suffer from digestive problems that may be interferring, somewhat, with the whole "diet"/calorie counting thing? Celiac, Lactose Intolerence, Carbohydrate Intolerance, IBS,etc....... Im STILL waiting to see a gastroenterologist. Its kinda frustrating!

I'm having trouble with the sugar in fruits.
I love fruit, therefore I eat at 2-3 per day. That seems to go along with 5-7 friuts & veggies that the Food Pyramid suggests. But I'm constantly going over my allotted sugar grams. Does anyone else have trouble with this & what can I do about it?
