dieting & gas
It seems as if I have been bloated & in terrible pain since starting this diet. I have given up several healthy foods to no avail. Are there different kinds of fiber? Am I doing something wrong? For every pound I lose I gain back in hot air.

Healthy Food= Yucky Tummy
Anyone else experience this?? I know your stomach needs to adjust to the new foods, eating and drinking healthy, however, its not very fun!! Hopefully it will adjust soon!:embarassed:

What's 4 Dinner?
I'm making chicken bites seasoned with light adobo sauted in olive oil and baked sweet potatoes with ICBNB and brown sugar made with splenda and cinnamon. Today I didn't feel like cooking much so it's simple. :happy:

I just bought a couple packages of bagels and the label on them says that they need to be refridgerated. WHAT! Do I need to toss them? I never noticed that before today. Ugh!

What time
should you not eat past? I know everyone has different opinions but what time is too late? It's 11:30pm here and I am ready for bed and I see I am short about 200 cal til I hit 1200. Is it too late for a bowl of cereal?

How many only eat when your bellys growling?
Whats more important ? To only eat when your hungry and eat sensible or eat your daily calories? I feel like i'm satisfied every day, but i'm always about 400 to 500 calories short. This is working for me so far. I have lost 13 lbs in the 3 weeks that i have been using MFP.

French Bread is the Devil!

Follow Your Heart Salad Dressing
I have found this (in the health food store) to be a great alternative to those hydrogenated oils that are so bad for us. It's soy based also. It comes in two flavors I think. I use it on salads instead of buying store bought brands and also for anything you would ordinarily use say Miracle Whip for. It's really good.

Jasons Deli you suck...Well actually I suck. Just entered my stuff 1500 calories later..OUCH. I just need to stay away from them.
