Pasta Measurements
Does anyone know if the nutritional value on a box of pasta is 2oz dry weight or 2oz cooked weight? I am trying to figure out how much I should be eating. Thanks.

Salads and restaurants. YIKES!!
OMG. I am seriously shocked. I chose a salad for lunch because I went to a restaurant and I wanted to make a healthy decision. I had the chicken cesar salad (hold the croutons), and a glass of ice tea. And that salad has over 1400 calories!!!!! Does anyone know of the bigger restaurant chains that have low calories salads?

Going to a moving tonight...
any snack suggestions? I know I don't really NEED a snack when I see a movie, but it's one of my "treats" or indulgences. But I don't want to go totally overboard. I thought about maybe picking up a Dove Dark Chocolate Bar and sticking it in my purse. Do you have any better suggestions?

Im confused...hahahaha....my laughing cow party cubes on the nutritional info say 1 portion of 6 cubes....does that mean 6 cubes are 80 cals?or 1 of 6 is 80 cals..if thats the case why dont they just say 1 cube! I'm confused!hahahaha...did i just eat 80 calories or 480 calories!! lmao!!!

why am I not hungry??
I dont get it.....I have been burning 600+ calories a day for the last week and just havent been hungry. I have been forcing myseelf to eat my calories. My husband thinks I am doing it all wrong.
