i am thinkin of goin to this restaurant and it doesn't have its nutritional information on the web.. i want to have a seared tuna salad.. how many calories do u think we are talking? it says served with a wasabi vinaigrette... which i can exchange for another dressing.. what are your thoughts?

Salmon gives me stomach problems

serving amount?
I am making this tuna cheese spread and the great thing is that the recipe gives me the nutritional info "per serving"...the problem is it says that the recipe yields 4-6 servings but it does not give me the serving size!! :grumble: suggestions?

I'm doing really good sticking within my calories but everyday I'm over on my protein. I don't know if this is hurting me or not.
