Why do I crave sweets and fat when I have a headache?

Low Calorie Pasta?
Does anyone know of a low calorie pasta or rice? I was wondering if those celophane noodles are any better for you calorie wise...Also, any other low calorie grains? I'm hungry for carbs with dinner at night and so isn't my husband and 1/4 cup of rice just doesn't cut it! lol

Does anyone else ever have the problem where they are trying to get all the calories in but end up going over on FAT and PROTEIN sometimes? Confused about protein intake
I decided to try supplementing my breakfast with a protein shake thinking I could cut calories and stay full until lunch, which I do BUT ...now my protein intake is WAY over what it should be. Isn't that going to make me gain weight? Even if I stay mostly within my calorie budget? Please help!!!!
