100 calorie difference of potato w/skin then without?
I had a baked potato and was checking the calories on what I ate without the skin. Then just out of curiosity I checked what a potato with skin would be and it was about 100 calories more. Why is the skin so high?

Boston Cream Pie and Apple Pie
I have stopped drinking Dr. Pepper, candy, sweets, desserts. There are times when I crave something sweet and have found a friend in Yoplait Light Yogurt.
