I am on day 3 of eating within the 1200 calorie limit. I just exercised and had a snack, and after everything netted, I still have 200+ calories that I was supposed to eat today. Do I still eat more, or just call it a day? It's 11pm and I'm not really hungry, but I can just about always eat. :wink:

ground beef
when you buy ground beef you can buy regular, lean, and extra lean. Obviously the leaner it is the less fat there is in it. But when you cook ground beef you drain the fat anyways so does it still make that big of a difference between the 3 or just a little difference?

I am addicted
To Trader Joes Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas. If you have a TJ in your area, these are a must try! Very tasty. Full of veggies and for the whole thing is 300 calories, 6 g fat, 6 g fiber and 12 g protein. Plus they are low in sodium. Very filling.
