COSTCO Muffins....Yummmmm!
I love Costco muffins! The only thing is, It does not tell me how many calories it has. Does any one know? I eat half a muffin and consider it to be a small size muffin. I just hope I'm not messing up my calories.

SODIUM!!!
I find that though I am always low on everything else my sodium is through the roof. How do I fix this? I would really like to have much less sodium in my life as I retain water any how.

I really do need to eat more and it's something that I really struggle with. I end up averaging about 1100-1200 calories a day and I know I need to eat more. Fake sugars
So my mom is a registered dietitian, and had been telling me that those artificial sweeteners have been found to counter-act dieting. Even the sweeteners in Crystal Light and diet sodas. Has anyone else heard of this? Why would they make a difference?
