Do you consider rice cakes junk food? It's not like they're bad for you, but it's not like they've got a ton of nutrition, either... I'm on the fence. (In particular, I'm thinking of the Quaker White Cheddar variety - it's in the database, if you need nutrition info.)

Learned my lesson
I overindulged yesterday and oh, boy, am I paying for it this morning! My stomach is so upset it's not even funny. I hadn't eaten any candy or sweets in a month, and yesterday I had candy and cake:sick: Is this my body's way of telling me to stay on the wagon? I won't be having a "cheat day" like that again any time soon!

BMR and calorie count?
I have been using MFP for 9 days now and have lost 7 lbs. I'm not exercising at all yet. I keep telling myself that I will start soon. But if I am understanding correctly, the daily caloric intake should be higher that the BMR? My BMR is 1380 but MFP recommends 1200 calories per day and I have been under that most days.…
