Too many calories one day, not enough the next...
Doesn't it balance out over the week or does it really matter that you eat the exact amount of calories every day? It seems like I can't get right at my target. I'm always too low or too high. Any suggestions?

Diet coke sugar free ice cream float, LOL!
The entire company decided to do a coke float day. I didn't want to be left out so I bought some sugar free slow churn ice cream (90 calories for 1/2 a cup) and added some diet coke. It is REALLY good for only having 90 calories. I usually don't drink soda's, but this was totally worth it as a treat!

Protein limits?
I tend to be eating a lot more protein these days and usually eat 3 or 4 times the recommended amount (including my protein shake snacks). Is there such thing as too much protein? and what would be the effects? ~Sherry~

K..maybe it's just my thought process
So I know that people burn more calories when girls are on their girly days and all, and when they are pregnant need more calories...but what about when you are sick? Does your body need a little more calories to help fight off whatever it is that you have? Maybe it's just my mind trying to reason or something...any ideas?
