Another question to those who have a clue.. I'm on a 1200 cal diet which allows 96g's Carbs 37g's fat and 96g's protein.. If i eat a snickers and still exercise and keep to my cal intake will my body deny the weight loss or does it not matter where the calories come from?? I hardly ever exceed it and i work out for an hour…

To much protein?
I am supposed to consume 45g of protein a day, but i always seem to go over, one day I was over by 30g. Is it bad to go over your protein limit? Also is it bad to be way under your fat limit?

ground beef
when you buy ground beef you can buy regular, lean, and extra lean. Obviously the leaner it is the less fat there is in it. But when you cook ground beef you drain the fat anyways so does it still make that big of a difference between the 3 or just a little difference?
