Fruits/Veggies problem
I have a problem - I am losing weight at a good rate, however I am not a fruit/veggie person (I do like green beans and corn, that's it). So, my issue is that I am always going over my sodium count, usually by quite a bit. Anyone have any tips or tricks to counteract the amount of salt I am eating?

Calorie help!

Protien
How do u guys stay low on the protein count??? if i have like eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast and then chicken or fish for lunch i am already over on my protein count and i haven't even got to dinner yet!!! Was just curious if any had the same problem and how they solved it????

Best Breakfast
I just found an unbelievable breakfast. Mix 3 large egg whites with 1 oz of cheddar cheese heat a small frying pan spray with a canola cooking spray and make the best omelette. Add two pieces of whole wheat toast. Total calories about 300. Lots of protein and little fat.
