What to mix with fage...
I picked up fage 0% at my local TJ...only 80 cals My plan was to mix 1/2 container with some granola... The TJ granola I have at home that I've been eating is 2/3 cup for 201 cals...yeeks Any thought on another brand of granola or something else to mix with fage? Thanks, kim

Okay just tried this new flavor of Special K bites Chocolatey Crunch. They are 90 calories a pouch and they are pretty good. I was so sick yesturday that I was only able to take in MAYBE 250 calories the entire day.. and of course when I did put it in, it came right back out again.. A healthy hot cereal
We found a great cereal at grocery store last night. It is by Hodgson Mill Multi Grain with milled flaxseed and Soy Fat 3 g S, fat .5g chol 0 sod 0 carbs 25g d.
