I really am trying to cut down on the amount of carbs I have in my snacks , I often have wheatable crackers or pretzels because I love salty stuff, does anyone have other suggestions of other salty snacks that can help me cut down on the carbs? Thanks

I made an omelet this morning with 3 eggs but I removed the yolk in one of the eggs. It was delicious, way better than an egg white omelet and it was a nice big omlete but not as many calories.

Hey if any of you like sports drinks without artificial sweetner in them gatorade has G2 out now, it is half the calories as regular gatorade. I really like it, it is not as sugary as regular gatorade and it is a great thirst quencher after a long hard workout or if you are feeling dehydrated!
