100 calorie difference of potato w/skin then without?
I had a baked potato and was checking the calories on what I ate without the skin. Then just out of curiosity I checked what a potato with skin would be and it was about 100 calories more. Why is the skin so high?

question about oatmeal
Quick question for you knowledgable people. This morning I had oats with low fat yogurt. (the same oats i would use if i was making homemade oatmeal) If I used the entry for plain oats i got around 607 calories a cup! but if i used cereal regular oats it was considerable less. I think around 150. Whihc is most accurate?!

On my goal for the calories. I worked out and it said that I am able to have 514 more calories from yesterdays work out. Well I still only ate 1234 calories. I felt pretty full yesterday. Is this why I am not loosing weight am I under eating? I should have ate over 1700 calories.
