Just wondering
Can anyone tell me why sometimes some of the nutrition facts have this (< ) symbol in front of the number? Does it mean less than? An example is Dietary Fiber <1 g. This might sound like a stupid question but can anyone tell me why water is so importnant when you're dieting. I know it's important normally because so much of our body is water etc. but why is it especially important to drink so much water when trying to lose weight? :huh: Just curious!

I have found that when I add a food and check that I want to share it, it doesn't actually share the food. my sister is doing this same program and sometimes she'll have a food after I add it, but she can never find it and vice versa.
