Breakfast and Coffee
So i know that alot of people say eat a good breafast. However, In the morning is my computer time, so i make my coffee and do my stuff on the computer. My question is. If i drink 1-2 cups of coffee and am not hungry is that okay? I usually dont eat till lunch time then.

7 lbs in 1 week w/ no caffeine
This big of a loss is unusual for me and I must admit that I had a houseguest for a month and packed on 9 lbs. But I quit drinking coffee a week ago and had the biggest loss since my start date. I also changed my blood pressure meds. Is being calm the key to weight loss? Who would have thought.

Sugar - added vs. not added
I cannot meet my daily goal for sugar, and it is mainly because my daily fuji apple has 16 grams! I had no idea apples had so much sugar. Should I try to eat a less sugary fruit? Or should I not be concerned because it is "natural" sugar as opposed to added? Advice?
