The Belly Flop
Last year at the pool party i won the belly flop competition, weighing a hefty 250. Proud to say as I head to the community swimming pool today that I am retired from the big belly flop. Weighed in today at 199.8. Haven't seen that # for almost 10 years!

A pound is a pound.
One of my pet peeves is people claiming muscle weighs more than fat. A pound is a pound..does not matter if it is feathers or rocks. A pound of muscle will take up less space than fat. Just like a pound of rocks take up less space than feathers.

LEAN CUISINES
When I had a personal trainer he told me to keep those down to around one a week because the sodium is so high and i wasn't losing weight eating them. Do you all agree it's ok to have one every once in a while?? Kroger and Giant Eagle had them 5 for $10 this week so I had to get some of my favorite ones!!! :)

Can't stop late-night snacking!

Are yall concerned with the caloric intake only and use the exercise to take your net lower... or are you concerned with using exercise to keep you under your budget. I am aware that you lose faster if you stay under budget and kill your caloric budget, but I am thinking long term... Any opinions?
