How did you get your goal?
I was just curious, how did everyone here set their goal weight? I went with 50 pounds, and it's because the last time I lost weight, I got sick halfway through, so I only really lost 30 pounds by actually trying, and I wanted to say I could lose 50 pounds on my own. What about you?

confused about calories in couscous??
I am always confused about the calories for rice, couscous and pasta. For the President's choice whole wheat couscous the calories are 150 per 1/4 cup - but is that dry or cooked? I appreciate your help!!

sugar and carbs...

I just signed up and, whilst I can appreciate that I work out 4 times a week for 45 minutes at a time, I think almost 5000 calories a day is pushing it! Why would myfitnesspal recommend I eat 4820 calories to lose weight?!

Hi! I recently got a heart monitor that tracks my calories. I have a very active job so I decided to wear it to work today to see how many calories I burn at work. It turned out being 870!! what do you eat? Why does MFP add calories
I don't understand why when we do exercise does MFP add the calories you "earned" by exercising to your daily goal. Doesn't that totally defeat the purpose, makes it look like you can eat more just because you exercised. I don't eat the "earned" calories, but why put them in to begin with!? :huh:
