Eating back calories?
I'm new. I've noticed this site allows you to eat back calories that you have burned. Is there anyway of shutting the auto adjust off and just sticking to the recommended calories? I would like my burned cals. to be extra lbs burned and not be tempted to eat them back.

Question about # cal. burned in strength training. . .
My strength training is pretty rigorous and I was surprised to discover that, according to this site, I wasn't burning more than maybe 180 cal. in 50-60 min. of strength.
