i love diet pepsi. i only drink a can a day but i cna't stop drinking it. if i stop drinking it and replacing it with water, will i lose weight quicker? i do drink a lot of water but i always still have diet pepsi everday. thanks!

varying calorie levels....
so i've noticed over the past week, my caloric intake is all over the place varying from 1100 (days when i'm not very hungry) to 1600 (when i'm hungry or completed 2 workouts)....is this bad or good for my metabolism? does this happen to anyone else? should i work to keep my calories at an even level every day?
