Nails
Alright, I have never been able to grow out my nails EVER. I started this lifestyle change and my nails are growing like crazy. I never have the urge to bit them anymore. I always thought it had to do with stress. Trust me Im still stressed. :bigsmile: but Im not bitting my nails. :flowerforyou:

Plateau!!
So I've hit the plateau head on. I've actually gain a pound since a I hit the plateau three weeks ago and I don't know what to do! I've started lifting weights and I have lost about an inch from hips and stomach, but the scale is going up. Any Advice?

Fluid fluctuations
...are driving me crazy! I know I have to deal with them to a point, but 5 pound gains in one day are messing with my head. Any ideas on how to keep these fluctuations from being so dramatic? Does drinking a lot of water help with this? I'm terrible with water b/c I drive for work. :flowerforyou:
