So far, this isnt working. (2 weeks) I havnt gianed or lost. I pretty pissed. I worked hard! Where is that huge initial wieght loss? You know, the one in step or phase 1? Im thinking of going below 1200 cal a day. What else can I do?

what are you calorie goals?
I'm pretty new on here so I'm just getting used to everything, but so far I love this site! I was just noticing that a lot of people are saying that their recommended calorie intake is 1200 each day.. why do so many people end up with the same goal? Are there people out there with any other amount besides 1200?

expected weight loss
I am 35 years old, 5'1', and weigh 117 pounds. I am currently working with a trainer. I want to lose 7 pounds. I have been working out and eating 1200-1500 calories a day for 4 weeks. I have only lost about 2 pounds (on a good day). Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to lose 5-7 pounds??

So, why do people find it necessary to bring the worst food to snack at the office. I only eat sweets on Saturday :happy: , so I'm set, but bring a fruit tray once in awhile. Today she brough ice cream, ice cream cones and cookies. I'm just glad I had a filling lunch and I'm not hungry at all.
