Is there a limit on the amount of protein you should eat in one meal?
I think I remember reading on here that it doesn't matter how much protein you consume in one go. I've just been speaking to someone who told me you shouldn't consume more than 30 grams in one hit because it just gets stored as fat. Is this true?

Woke this morning to the familiar signs of an ulcerative colitis flare. So for the moment, high fat and high fibre foods are a no no.:( Any suggestions as to what I can eat to keep up the calories?
