I know about bulking, usually guys can eat a lot to gain muscle and some fat at the same time, then cut to lose the fat, but what if someone was say 20-25% bodyfat and they just wanted to maybe stay at that amount of bodyfat but just gain muscle, in this case it wouldnt really be recommended to be in a calorie surplus…
