Bulking? Weight loss?
Hey guys what's up? I am looking to put on some muscle, but I am worried about gaining fat as well. How would I go about gaining a little muscle without the fat? Is bulking necessary in order do get the result I am looking for? Thanks for the help!

Wanting to Gain Muscle but Can't..

GOALS questions

Does this app really work?
For all of you out there who are not the most motivated, but use this app on the regular, especially to track your calories: Have you noticed a difference? It's a lot of upkeep to track calories and nutrition, but it's obviously worth it if overall, many of you see satisfying results?
