I’m on my first bottle of apetamin and this is my 3rd day. I do see a change in my appetite, the first day I was very sleepy. The syrup is VERY VERY nasty had me gagging. Next time I will order the pills instead.

When to increase weight?
I am doing M&S Starting strong program and am on week 4. I have been increasing weight when I hit 12 reps for 3 straight sets. For some exercises I am doing hitting 12 on first set and then 11 or 10 the second and third set Question is should I just increase the weight if I am close to the max # of reps per set

I'm in the process of trying to gain muscle. Eating at a very little surplus. Lifting 4x a week and one week of kickboxing. I don't do any other cardio, but I do walk an average of 12-13 steps a day. Is that hurting any gains?
