I do daily weigh ins and am trying to gain a pound a week. Since last week I have gained about a pound a but all of that came from yesterday to today. Should I assume that's water weight?

Steps hurting gains?
I'm in the process of trying to gain muscle. Eating at a very little surplus. Lifting 4x a week and one week of kickboxing. I don't do any other cardio, but I do walk an average of 12-13 steps a day. Is that hurting any gains?

Is 20000 steps too many to bulk?
Hello, I'm just curious if it will be too difficult to gain when I get around 20,000-30000 steps a day? I am 5'9 and 140 lbs. I started eating around 3200 calories this weekend and that was difficult (peanut butter, chips, ice cream, etc along with fruits and vegetables and such).

I've been bulking for about a month now, eating just over 3000cals a day (P:30%, C: 45%, F:25%) and I've gone from 84.5kg @ 7% bodyfat, to about 88kg (not sure about my bodyfat at the moment). Am I gaining weight too fast?
