Injured Knee

Yawning during weight training
Why does this happen? I am not sleepy or tried; except I keep yawning during my weight training. I start my workout off witb 30 minutes of cardio, then do weights, finish off with 20 to 30 more minutes of cardio.

10000 steps, how to log?
Ok, I am not sure if I am logging it right, I use my pedometer as soon as I wake in the am, and take it off as I am climbing in the bed, so how do I log it because it takes me all day long to walk the steps? Please help !
