I was wondering how often I should be doing strength? I'm currently doing it twice a week for 45 minutes, and cardio 3 days a week also for 45 minutes. Should I be doing both on the same day? Well, I'm apparently at a point that I'm going to have to choose to either build muscle or lose fat. I've had my calories set so my base is 1200 calories. Does any body use sportypal for GPS logging? I've been using it some time and think it is quite good as phone applications go. I have found it usefull for tracking my fitness progress and history of external exercise. If you've not tried it i would suggest giving it a go.
