What cardio can be done indoors?
I have no idea on what. Type of cardio exercises I can do. I normally run but that dang hurricane has caused it to rain. Now this is something I have yet to deal with since it never rains in south Texas. And to add insult ilyo injury I have not been good today I had to work in this rain and I slipped and ate junk food…

What if I sleep half the day away?
Do I still try to get my minimum calories in? I'm used to walking and fidgeting ALL day, but today I was EXTREMELY lazy and slept until 3pm. I went to the gym after "breakfast". So do I still try to get my 1200 calories in?

I pulled a muscle in my back this weekend and if I twist or bend in the wrong direction it kills! I'd still like to get to the gym so I don't fall out of that habit though. Do you have any workout or exercise suggestions that don't involve too much back strain?? Thanks!!

Shred Level -calories burned..?
This subject has probably been broached before about calories burned..and I think MFP can over estimate sometimes.. Anyone out there weigh about 150 lbs and knows the correct calorie burn for Shred levels 1 and 2..?
