omg wind resistance
So I am not going to count this but I am sure I burned more on my lunch walk!!! It is very windy and I even had a hard time walking in curtain directions. There have been gust that were 30-50 mph.

So, I started c25k and did Week 1 twice and started Week 2 yesterday. My max HR is set using the standard 220-age which I know is not always accurate. max HR=181. Hips and Elbows/Popping and Cracking During workouts?
When I do Tae Bo- I can't seem to get my leg very high because my hips are popping and "grinding" almost. And when I lift weights it seems that my elbows do it too..... Is this normal? Zumba classes are awesome
Zumba Classes are awesome! I just started taking zumba classes and they are awesome. You can lose between 500 - 800 calories in one hour. The best part is the hour passes by so fast. Has anyone else had success with this class?

protein for lifting? how much to intake
I have been trying to up my protein because i a doing crossfit 3x a week - increasing weights too. If i do guided at 3 workouts, it seems i am way over on my protien. How much does one need for protein if there is alot of lifting involved? I weigh 128 and i am trying to drop 10 for definition.
