I thought this site calculated your personal base calories based on the info you put in and the rate at which you want to lose weight ( I put in 1 ib a week) WITHOUT EXERCISE. WOW. Okay so let me say I hate video fitness, but I did this a few months ago. I was like, ok easy. Within the first few minutes I felt dead.
