I have been doing the 30 day shred and after two or three days my Yoga mat stinks (because Jillian makes me sweat)!! Pins and Needles?
Does anyone else get pins and needles in their feet when they've been using an elliptical trainer for a while? I assume its because you're not lifting your feet off the machine like you would running on the treadmill, but its really annoying me and I wonder if i'm the only one?!

How much do you do?
Just wondering how much daily exercise everyone does? I did about an hour of high intensity yesterday and burnt 600 cals. I ate 400 of them so had a 200 calorie deficit. I ate so much yesterday I couldn't have eaten more comfortably so I am happy with that.
