Gaining muscel routine
I have struggled with gaining muscel for a while now. I weigh 105lbs and I'm 5'4, i really want to gain muscel in my thigh and abs area. Is there any exercise anyone reccomends me to do? Thank you so much!

Speed vs. Incline
When walking on my treadmill , with calorie burning being the goal, should I go with a slower speed with a higher incline ? Example: 5 incline @ 3-4 mph or a faster speed with lower incline?? I have been eating right and working out about 3-4 days a week. I started on 1/7 and I have yet to loose weight or inches but my clothes are fitting better??? I am at a complete loss of where to go next...Someone please help me!

Calories for Workouts on here seem WAY to HIGH
I just put in my bike ride. Which on the trainer for 78 mins at 15.5 mph was 957 calories...UMM no. If it was 1/2 that I would be impressed. But that would mean I could eat about a whole (maybe 1/2) of a cheesecake :) My HRM that I have was not accurate either so who knows.
