Keeping your heart rate in the "fat burning" zone rather than the "cardio" zone (FBZ=110-140, CZ=140…

So, I start doing it and it feels too easy, I check the settings and everything is the same but it still feels to easy. So I upped my low to 4 and my hight to 8 and I was able to do the…

Womanly question
I need some ideas on what kind of exercises to do during that time of the month. I've heard it's not good to do ab exercises or to bend in weird postures (like I'd feel like doing that anyway) or to stand in one position for a long period of time. I worry about dealing with cravings and then not having ways of burning them…

Steps to Calories burned
ANYONE KNOW?? Are pedometers fairly accurate with their steps to calories burned calculations? I walk 50-75% of an 8 hour shift at work as a security officer, and I started wearing a pedometer to track how far I walk. It's not a constant 60, 90, 120, etc. minutes of walking, but broken over the shift. I wonder if the…

Question. I work out almost everyday. To lose the weight I need, I have to exercise 90 minutes of cardio per day. Thats fine. But....is that 90 minutes of cardio only and then weight training on top of that? I just find that I can meet the calories I have to burn (about 600 I think) in less than an hour at the gym. I…
