Does anyone have any ideas on what to eat if you have to eat out daily? My work doesn't really allow me to bring my lunch everyday. I have many options available to me, but just need ideas. I noticed so many things high in sodium.

For breakfast, is it okay to have two eggs and a packet of grits? Or is that unhealthy... Serving sizes on packages
Ok, I like chicken and I usualy buy these packs of ice glazed chicken breasts. The package claims that there are 120 calories in a serving, and one whole breast is a serving size. These things are HUGE! Do I need to weigh them, or are they really a lot of food for less calories? I cut one in half to be on the safe side....
