How do you log your water consumption on MFP? I know at the bottom of your food log you can log how many "glasses" of water you consume but do you count one when you drink 6 ounces? 8 ounces? 12 ounces? What exactly is a glass of water? I am a pescetarian (i.e. I eat seafood, but no other types of meat) and I haven't reached 100% iron intake ever. I average between 20 and 30 percent of my daily intake so I'm probably anemic. Does anyone know of any high iron foods other than meat that I might try adding? Thanks!
