There's no info. in the database for a bakery pizza bun- flat white bun with cheese and pizza sauce, and the bakery had no nutritional info. for them. I FINALLY DID IT
I finally drank 8 glasses of water in one day! I've never done this before in my life since I was always drinking soda rather than water. It was tough to keep drinking after a while but I really wanted to make it for some reason today. I feel like I've accomplished something now!! :drinker:
