Organic peanut butter
More expensive but tastes WAY better! I also like seeing "Ingredients: Dry roasted organic peanuts, organic sugar, salt" instead of a laundry list of items. The sodium on this brand (Once Again) is only 55mg (I compared to Skippy's 150mg) and the sugar is no big deal, it's just 1g.

How many calories are too few?
When the site set my goals, I was allowed 1200 calories a day. I'd like to be more aggressive with my weight loss, so I've cut it down to 800 a day, allowing myself to go over that amount a couple times a week, while staying under 1000. I keep getting the message about your body going into "starvation mode" when you eat…

Hummus
Okay, so I tried it. I got roasted red pepper hummus. I couldn't find it at Walmart but I happen to see it Aldis. I don't like it. I tried a bite with raw red bell pepper. My questions: Did I just get a bad brand or flavor? Should I try it with something else? Where is Tami...the queen of hummus:laugh:

Greek Yogurt
Alright, I have to confess... I was a nay-sayer of Greek yogurt. It smelled and tasted like sour cream to me (which I do not love in the first place). BUT, today I admit I have been swayed. It's not a snack I can see me craving but it actually tasted great! I used Stonyfield Farm Organic Oikos Vanilla yogurt... a bit less…

I went through the Subway line today and I never do this, but today that oatmeal raisin cookie was smiling at me. I swear it was, I had to have it.
