Water = Bathroom!!!
I have finally got used to the whole drinking lots of water, but now I am in the bathroom every 10 min ,is that normal and also I have been getting up in the middle of the night to go...please tell me I am not alone and how going this often is helping!!

Black coffee
I was always to chicken to try my coffee black. I drink at least 2 cups a day...so even with skim milk the calories can add up. So, today i tried it! Just a little splenda and it is DELICIOUS!!!! In fact, i think i like it more than with milk! Here's to trying new things and eating better every day! :drinker:

I eat tons and still have trouble getting enough calories in

Food Diary Settings
I changed my Food Diary to track foods by hour, like 6am-9am. Just in the past few days I've been able to see my pattern and it's really helping me keep on top of things. I think this is a great way to track when I get my salt cravings and when I should drink the most water.
