How can I train myself to drink water?

600 more calories?!?!
okay, so I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a 100 cal. curves bar and I still have another 599 calories to eat today, but I'm over my sugar by 11g (most of which is from fruit so it's cool). Any ideas of where I can get those calories with out consuming much sugar?

I've just started measuring my food in the last couple weeks. I'm still not good about eye balling it at all! I'm going to a meeting tonight were they are going to have Spanish/Filipino style food. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds at home, calorie info?
I tried it in the food diary. They have a cup as a serving. Well, I eat maybe, 5-10 seeds at a time, and I know thats not a cup. I just made about 2 cups of roasted pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp. oil and a little salt, roasted them for 20 min. on 350*F. They are pretty yummy. But, I dont know how healthy/unhealthy they are.

Help, my husband is making ribs!
