Converting a recipe into calories
Help! On my weight watchers site I can type in a recipe and tell them how many it serves and they give me the point count. Is there any place on here where I can do that and it will give me the calories, etc? I am making a dish tonight that includes several different ingredients and I know can eat a 6th of it. :noway:

Do you average your calories over the week?
I find that some days I go over my calorie budget - by anywhere from 50 to 300 calories. Not often. Some days I am under, by around the same amount. Some days I'm just hungrier and need to eat more carbs. It fluxuates. I stay cognizant of "averaging" out the week... so that by week, I have hit the daily calorie budget…

too much protein help...
I find that a lot of times I eat a little to much protein. I don't even eat a lot of meat. Sometimes it's just from having some tuna or a little bit of peanut butter throughout my day. Overall, how bad is it for me to eat more than my protein deficit on some days?

Hey, I just finished my journal. My calorie intake, fat intake, and all the other stuff was fine but I found that my calcium intake went over by 2 and my protein intake went over by 18. Is this going to hurt me? It went over because I had chili for supper with some wild deer meat.
