Guys. It's on my brain all the time. I can't stop thinking about it. When is my next snack? What am I going to have for my next meal? Is it going to be enough or too much calories? I feel like I'm going insane! Insanity.

Too many calories!!

myfitness pal has me on a 1200/day calorie plan and i was wondering how important it is to actually eat the entire 1200 each day? sometimes i'm full from the day and realize i have 200-300 calories left. is it very important to eat them or is it ok to finish the day a little short?

Question re: hours on my feet at work = exercise?

So I don't lose a lb. a week it is more like I exercise for about 3-4 weeks with nothing but fluxuating up and back to the correct weight and then at about week 4 I loose about 5 lbs.
