Nail Growth
Since I started eating healthy and been on MFP, I have seen that my nails are stonger and are growing more than they ever have! Normally, my fingers look like a nerve 8 yr olds because they break then I chew them!! Has anyone else seen a difference in their nails?? Now the challenge will be to not chew them!

3000 calories a day!?
:yawn: Ive just signed up and for me to lose 10 pounds by July 10th, it says I should eat 3000 calories a day. That cant be right.. Thats a massive amount!!!! I probably only eat 1,500 calories a day and feel full from that.

How many meals do you eat?
