to save or not to save
Does it work to save up calories through the week if I know I will be going to say a wedding, where I will be eating food that I shouldn't and drinking a little. I have been eating too few calories and I am worried about putting my body in starvation mode and slowing metabolism. Any thoughts?

How come I haven't seen/felt a difference yet?
So far the scale said I lost 9lb, but I haven't seen/feel a difference in inches yet. I'm still able to wear my regular clothes, it still fits the same not loose nor tight? When will I be able to see or perhaps feel a difference? :noway: I rather lose inches than pound.

slightly over calories...
I went slightly over my calories for the day today - only by like 22 calories. This is going to sound dumb, but will that stop me losing weight or will the fact that I was about 100 under yesterday balance that out?
