How often do you weigh?
Do you weigh daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly??? I want to weigh weekly but sometimes if I don't hit my goal for the week I get frustrated and kind of rebel against my diet and exercise program so I'm think I might need to weigh biweekly or maybe even monthly so I continue in the right direction. Thanks!!!

I have been sick for over a week, and have not been able to eat. My appetite is non-existent. I lost almost 4 pounds this week, but I worry about gaining it back plus more when I get better. My caloric intake has been pitiful for the past week (500-800). What can I do to prevent gaining it all back plus more?

question about salt reduction
I have dropped some of the weight that i have intended, but have had several days where I have not realized th amount of salt that I had been taking in (including today). Is there any way to counteract the excess salt so I can lose weight or am I doomed to have a gain when i step on the scales the next time?
