Net Calorie Reports?
Can anyone help me in understanding how to interpret the "net calorie" report? I'm assuming the net calories means the calories I have consumed after calories burned during exercise. For example, if I ate 1500 calories and burned 500 during exercise that would mean a net of 1000?

Just wondering what kinds of vitamins or supplements people take. The doctor told me a year ago when I started with my new weight loss lifestyle, that I need: multi-vitamin and calcium. Learned the hard way about taking vitamins on an empty stoma
I got a bottle of One a Day Weight Smart last night and took the first one this morning....didn't know I had to take it with a meal. Well about 15 minutes later I had to race for the bathroom:sick: :sick: I almost ralphed all over my husband..guess I will take them with food from now on!:embarassed:

Water Glasses
I just figured out that the glass that I have been counting as one cup is really 22 ounces. WOW!! Makes my water consumption much more doable. I filled it and poured it into a measuring cup to find out how many ounces. The bottle I take to the gym is 32 ounces. WOW!

Fat/carbs/protein/etc.
I may be missing something, but what is the point of knowing how much of our logged calories are coming from fat/carbs/protein unless we know what the target rates for these ought to be? How do we determine that? Is that just a personal decision, or is there some guidance about that on this site?
